One example of getting excited over small accomplishments came today. I have put off trying to move my furniture to what I call my winter arrangement because it was difficult for me to move last spring. Today as I got myself ready to have to put an extreme amount of effort into moving my couch, I found that I could move it easily. HELLO, I guess that added 20 minutes of stretching and weight training in the morning has been paying off.
You do not have to make momentous changes sometimes to have a dramatic difference in your health. I have not missed those twenty minutes, but my body has made a positive change.
Simply said, the more you do, the more you CAN do!
