When I look at my Fitbit today it says that I got 6 hours of sleep. It is not counting the sleep from 10:30 to 1:30. It says that I went to sleep at 1:30, which is not true because I went to bed at 10:30 and went to sleep prior to getting up around !:00 to go to the bathroom. This lack of sleep and my activity yesterday lands me at 11 for a readiness score. I feel fine and very rested, so I do not have much confidence in the calculations for today.

Even though the calculations may not be very accurate, I believe that the concept is going to help me in preventing the absolute shutdowns from fatigue. The thing that I realize is that my good recovery scores may not match the days that I need to be more active. This is true of the score from yesterday which mentions that I was too active. I did not design the Federal Court Building, so I had to deal with the steps that are present. To get to the entrance that we were told as jurors to enter we had to manipulate a long flight of stairs. My pride wanted me to keep up with all those people who were much younger than I, but my common sense made me take a break and catch my breath. This sent what the watch calls active minutes through the roof. I think that you could through a little stress into the mix and you have the picture.

Nonetheless, I think that a tracker is a tool that can be helpful to keep me from crashing.
