In my post yesterday I stated that I did the 7-minute workout prior to starting my day.  Today I want to clarify that statement just a little bit.  Every day I start the 7-minute workout on my computer so that I hear the narrator say, “JUMPING JACKS” and 30 seconds later say “REST.”  Every other day I do exactly what the narrator is saying to do.  Every other day I do a weightlifting set of my own.  The reason that I use the workout narration is to keep track of the time and also to keep track of the number of days that I did my morning exercise.

I have another app that helps me keep track of my evening routine which includes the stationary bike or walking and some Yoga or other stretching and isometric exercise.  It is rather important to keep track because I have found that it is easy to fool myself into thinking that I have done things which I have not.
