Okay so since the middle of November I have been churning right along. I have been getting stronger and building endurance and muscle and feeling much better since the Cardizem has my heart rate under control. I had my quarterly doctor visit to get my bloodwork and check my vitals. I told my general practitioner that I had been experiencing more cracking and popping in my ears, but that I did not see any signs of infection. We agreed that I would start taking the second allergy medication and see if it was just allergies but would call him if I had a problem.
As unbelievable as it sounds the next morning I woke up with a headache, fever, face ache, and swollen glands in the back of my neck. I called my doctor, and he gave me the go ahead to start taking the antibiotics that I had on hand. I am rather an old pro at this, but if I had not been my

It only took one day of lying around and taking the medication to feel much better. We must pay attention to out bodies to live well with COPD.
So now I feel like I am in control once again and quick action eliminated a longer recovery period.
